2. Payments
- All payments must be made in full before delivery unless otherwise arranged.
- We accept USD, Robux, or other methods listed in our sales channels.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes without communication will result in permanent service bans.
3. Refund Policy
- No refunds after work has started.
- If we cannot complete your project for any reason, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.
- Digital products/services are non-returnable once delivered.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate project details.
- Respond in a timely manner.
- Not request stolen, infringing, or illegal work.
- Not misuse our services or attempt to harm systems we build for you.
5. Delivery & Revisions
- Estimated delivery times will be provided but are not guaranteed.
- Revisions are included only if stated in package or agreed upon.
- Additional revisions may incur extra cost.
6. Ownership & Usage Rights
- Payment grants usage rights for completed work.
- Source code may not be shared, resold, or modified without permission unless stated.
- We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use our services for:
- Illegal, harmful, or abusive activities
- Scams, fraud, or Terms-violating Roblox/Discord content
- Harassment or abuse toward staff
8. Data & Privacy
We process your data according to our Privacy Policy.
9. Service Denial
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel projects for any reason, including rule violations or abuse.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
